Qualifications:
- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Tele calling experience
- Preferably from Real estate experience
- Efficiency in MS office
- Drive for Result
- Good Overall Conduct and Discipline
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Keep up with Product Knowledge & promotions
- Should follow proper calling script for calls
- Adhere to the Dialer KPI ( Login Hours 9 hours & Available to take calls 7 hours)
- Have a Customer centric approach
- Good Follow-up & Lead management
- Keep a track of daily/Weekly & monthly Targets
- Follow company policies
- Maintain discipline in terms of Attendance & dress code
