This new role is based within the Boeing’s Team in Frimley, Surrey; where we hold EASA and GCAA Part 21J Design Organisation Approval (DOA).

This centre has a highly skilled team that is growing in 2022, and we’re hiring two Support Coordinators.

The Role:

We’re looking to hire Engineering Support Coordinators to assist the engineering teams across numerous large aircraft modification programmes.

Responsibilities:

  • Compiles, analyses, develops and formats data by utilising engineering standards, processes and computational tools to provide documentation that assists the teams in support of active and upcoming engineering programmes
  • Maintains and improves products (e.g. engineering data, spreadsheets, websites, and documentation), processes and services to ensure consistent quality of data used to accomplish engineering tasks
  • Develops and maintains engineering related user documentation to support the design of engineering systems.

Work Authorisation:

This requisition is for a locally hired position in the UK. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in the United Kingdom. Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2x A-Levels (or equivalent) 6x GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
  • Prior experience with data management and/or engineering processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, in which you should be a confident user
  • Experience with Smartsheet would be preferred, although not essential
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of interpersonal and communication skills
  • A high level of attention to detail and professional integrity
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with varying level of requirements efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and show flexibility to changing situations / demands
