Reaches the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction, in terms of Customer Service, by providing a quality and efficient sales operation experience while maintaining compliance with appropriate policies and metrics.
•Receipt and Acknowledgement of new Finish Goods Orders
•Creating sales orders in a timely manner
•Scheduling deliveries to be cost effective, efficient and to match customers’ requirements and conduct weekly check-ins accordingly
•Raising and sending invoices for finish good sales in a timely manner
•Develop strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
•Ensure thorough application of department processes in order to drive key performance metrics
•Updating and maintaining the CRM
•Creating and sending quotes to customers
•Raising orders to our factory / European head office
•Providing detail on availability of parts and products
•Calculating the margin raised on each sale
•Collaborating effectively with the rest of team and other departments
•Prioritising use of local inventory
•Taking an active part in internal and customer meetings
•Maintaining strong and effective stock control procedures
•Participating in inventory counts and off-site customer / supplier meetings as required
•Answering customer and internal queries in a timely manner
•Participating in audit activities as required

•Significant experience in Customer Service & Sales Support
•Working in a results focused environment
•Ability to communicate effectively internally & externally
•Analytical and administration skills
•Proven problem-solving skills
•Proficient with Microsoft packages Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
•Skilled in Microsoft Excel
•Experience with Oracle / other major ERP system
