YOUR ROLE

  • Develop and execute strategic and transformational projects for sales and channel excellence in IMEA region
  • Develop and implement processes and regional roadmap, governance and policy to drive integration and change
  • Enable sales performance in IMEA region by standardizing the sales process (tools, trainings, KPIs, best-practice sharing)
  • Develop KPIs for tracking performance, analyses data quality and implement reporting tools to increase data transparency and data driven decision making
  • Drive implementation, communication and adoption of digit tools on sales and channel excellence
  • Leverage potential underexploited channel growth opportunities
  • Test and roll out new applications / functionalities for sales and channel excellence

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or similar area
  • Minimum 7-years of practical experience in B2B sales within industry and/or management consultancies
  • Process optimization and value stream mapping capability desired
  • Persuasive communication, analytical skills and experience in project management roles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Business transformation and strategy development
  • Digital affinity for data analytics and digital tools
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management at different levels
  • Entrepreneur with creative thinking
  • Fluent English language skills are mandatory
