Manager – ECommerce Operations – (220004SU)

Job Description

This role will lead cross functional projects across Ecommerce Supply Chain Operations – both fulfilment and last mile – to help deliver a superlative customer experience. Key responsibilities will include:

People
Build deep operational capability in a young and energetic team across Fulfillment and Last Mile Operations
Mentor and develop leadership behaviors by identifying individual strengths of team members and actively fostering career advancement
Process Improvement
Drive automation of supply chain planning and reporting processes with technology teams
Improve Gross to Net performance by identifying gaps and driving improvement initiatives
Improve packaging solutions and practices by benchmarking against industry standards, analyzing customer requirements and introducing sustainability parameters
Benchmark returns management processes and design process to significantly improve Returns SLAs
Monitor and enhance NPS by driving improvement initiatives across fulfillment and last mile
Act as liaison between customer service and operations and drive process improvements to reduce response and resolution TATs to drive better customer experience
Operations Planning
Lead S&Op by acting as liaison between brands to compile short and mid range volume projections and oversee adequate capacity buildup across territories (fulfillment and last mile) to deliver agreed service levels for both forward and return journeys
Lead Peak event program management – Ramp up against business projections, control tower management to identify performance gaps and escalate to concerned stakeholders, consolidate learnings from event
Finance
Ensure hygiene and sanity of Ecommerce Supply Chain costs and overheads
Monitor cost performance against targets and escalate deviations as necessary to facilitate recalibration

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Job Experience

Led strategic projects/ continuous improvement projects on SLA/ productivity/ cost
Managed stakeholders across levels business and operations
Coordinated complex data analyses to drive actionable insights by simplifying complex concepts to stakeholders

Required Skills

Mandatory
5-7 years of experience in Operations/ Logistics/ Supply Chain or in top tier consulting firm
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Able to influence without direct authority
Self-starter who can multi-task in a high energy, fast paced growth environment
Analytically driven – able to to take define relevant metrics and make data driven decisions
Preferred
Qualification in project, lean management, and data science tools (R, Python)
Experience working with teams across geographies and business units
