About The Role:

Job Purpose: Analysis of aftersales business performance for both service and parts; looking at market trends to identify opportunities in both, B2C as well as B2B verticals, to support strategic business decision-making and revenue maximization.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities.

  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly forecasting reports – Develop business-forecasting models. These models should provide the business forecasting, with a primary focus on market variables that will influence business volume, profitability and market change.
  • Produce feasibility study models on monthly or quarterly basis – Produce feasibility studies, which will identify business opportunities both in retail and in fleet operations.
  • Provide transacted data analytics on an ongoing as well as an ad-hoc basis – Support business operations with analysis & reports, which will help business in decision-making process.
  • Support monthly business requirements with calculative support – Support business systems operations, which will include calculations such as incentives and rebate formulations
  • Provide appropriate reporting based on effective timelines and appropriate content – Effective communication to ensure that all areas of business are clear on the current business situation and highlight business concerns.

Job Context – The aftersales business has a complex array of financial and non-financial KPI’s that require constant tracking. The role will support the growth and sustainment of the aftersales business in all B2C as well as B2B channels.

The Aftersales MIS department is a key business-planning partner for Group Aftersales Planning vertical and enabler that contributes to strategic business decision-making and collaboration with other contributing departments for delivery of projects across Business Strategy, Business Development and Performance Management.

About You

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Graduate / post graduate with Finance as their Major
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel
  • ERP experience (SAP IS AUTO)
  • Working knowledge of BI reporting attributes.
  • Knowledge on Data Analytics platform like an Alteryx, Tableau and Python would be added advantage

Minimum Experience:

  • 2- 4 years’ experience in a relevant position
  • Financial Analyst/Business Analyst background is mandatory
  • Automotive aftersales experience is mandatory.

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting, finance, data processing & auto engineering.
  • Excellent communication (written and spoken) & Interpersonal skills.
  • Good PC skills including proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel & MS Power Point.

Behavioural Competencies:

  • Problem Solving, Time Management.
