Intern – Administration/Supply Chain Department (Jebel Ali Freezone)

During this internship you will support our PMO and Sales/Logistics department performing various administrational tasks.


Commercial Management

1. Co-ordinating the incoming and outgoing shipping of all Hawker Pacific Workshops components and parts & ensure supporting documentation is complete, accurate and in line with Customs requirements

2. Ensure spare parts and products are ordered through purchase orders at competitive prices and correct timeframes to meet project deadlines whilst maintaining appropriate inventory levels within the facility

3. Track parts and products to maintain data ensuring :

a. Accurate records for parts and products held in or distributed by the facility against approved purchase orders

b. Maintenance of a Goods Received Number (GRN) register for all received parts and materials as per the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE)

c. Reconciliation of materials and parts received through the inspection of the supporting paperwork for accuracy

d. Deliveries and pick-ups meet company and customer timeframes

4. Store, track and manage stock within the workshop store

5. Maintain accurate records in IFS for parts and materials held in or distributed by the facility

6. Project Lifecycle Management

Sales and Customer Management

a. Provide internal support for PMO and/or Sales & Logistics Departments

b. Liaise with Senior Sales and Supply and Sales and Supply Administrator to address, respond and resolve Customer queries

c. Support Administration Assistants on Customer Account Management

d. Support of month end financial reporting providing data analysis covering Debtors Aging and Sales Analysis

  • Available on a full time basis for a minimum of 6 months
