Job Purpose

To drive revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention form corporate houses while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and implement business strategies to penetrate and acquire customers from the market by identifying top corporate houses (Trade Remittances & WPS) as well as cross sell remittances
  • Developing and implement business plan for growing the business from the customer segment in UAE. Ensuring driving revenue/volume from the segment and contributing to business
  • Lead, mentor and guide the Sales team for increasing high volume transaction business, wealth management, corporate business, WPS, to ensure achievement of volume/revenue target
  • Establish strategic alliances and tie ups with different business partners, associations to enhance business for the customer segment
  • Maximize productivity and efficiency from the team
  • Coach, guide and motivate the team
  • Identify the training needs of the individual employees and recommending up skilling of the employee
  • Encourage formal and informal feedback and appraisal in order to optimize the performance of subordinates and the department

Job Requirements


  • Graduate in Business Management/Business Administration/Marketing


  • Relevant experience of 10-12 years in corporate business, wealth management, relationship management with at least 2 years in a managerial role

Knowledge & Skills

  • Good analytical decision making ability with a proven leadership quality
  • Strong negotiation skills, proactive and self – motivated
  • Highly reliable and ethical, respecting customers’ confidentiality
  • Ability to explain complex information into simple terms
  • Good verbal and written English communication
  • Ability to manage diverse group of BDM, Senior Officers – B2B and Officers – B2B
  • Good knowledge on MS Office Applications
