It’s an exciting time to join AXA Health, with significant investment planned to transform and deliver new digital services to our customers whilst streamlining and automating our business processes. As part of this, we’re looking for a talented individual to join our Marketing & Proposition Team to help understand what our customers need and provide them with a great digital experience, optimising existing digital journeys and shaping new journeys as we evolve.

As Digital Optimisation Executive, you’ll take a data led approach to help us understand how customers use our platforms to drive a customer centric approach to developing and optimising journeys to meet both customer and business need. At AXA Health we’re adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll visit the Tunbridge Wells office monthly.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Using a range of digital analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Decibel, helping to create and manage dashboards and reports articulating key digital journeys and business KPI’s
  • Deliver testing and optimisation roadmaps to optimise digital journeys – based on data and customer insight.
  • Working with business stakeholders to feedback on the performance of their journeys and tests, helping to develop further testing opportunities.
  • Work with other areas of the Digital Marketing team to oversee the delivery of platform changes to make journey optimisations
  • Be a digital advocate in AXA Health- contributing to reports and communications about testing strategies, optimisations and overall performance of the digital estate
  • Share knowledge and develop skills across the team. Work with wider AXA UK teams to develop your skills and share best practice

  • Experience of working to optimise digital journeys
  • A keen interest in digital customer experience and awareness of the key challenges digital users face
  • Working knowledge of, and a desire to further develop skills, of the G360 suite of tools; Google Analytics, Google Optimize, and Data Studio
  • Experience of working in an agile delivery framework – helping to deliver frequent change
  • Ability to work effectively with teams of technical and business experts, building trusted relationships
  • Brilliant presentational, engagement and communication skills; ability to adjust style to situation and audience

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.

This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
