Customer Support Administrator

Customer Support Administrator-Keystone Lintels, Cookstown Temporary: 6-9 Months.

We are currently recruiting for a temporary Customer Support Administrator who will be responsible for inputting of Sales Orders/creating Customer Quotes. This person will have the ability to resolve any customer issues or problems that arise quickly and efficiently. The role represents an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our dynamic Technical and Sales teams and will be based in Group headquarters in Cookstown, Co.Tyrone.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

 A key requirement of this role will be liaising and dealing with Customers and their Queries via Phone and email.

 Logging and creation of Sales Quotations and inputting of Orders on Microsoft Nav-vision Software.

 Supporting the External Sales Team with tracking and reporting of Quotes and Orders via Keystone’s internal CRM System.

 Undertake comprehensive weekly Product and Procedures training via Keystone’s Weekly Toolbox talks.

 Support Technical Engineers with creation and distribution of Products Certificates for Projects upon Customer Request.

 Liaise with other Depts and Businesses within Keystone Group to ensure all Customers receive the highest possible level of Customer Service.

 Undertake routine administrative tasks such as filing, emailing, word-processing, photocopying, printing where required.

KEY CRITERIA

 You will have a minimum of 12months recent experience within a relevant customer-facing position, those who have gained within a manufacturing/sales orientated setting will be advantageous.

 Accuracy and attention to detail are essential in this role

 Good communication skills both written and verbal

 Experience dealing with customers in person and via telephone

 Ability to use a variety of IT programs including MS Excel and Outlook.

 Experience of MS Navision or MS Dynamics would be advantageous
