Job ccountabilities linked to objective areas 1. Proactively analyse workforce trends and capture insights from the voice of our employees to outline opportunities that drive growth, retention, productivity, and happiness. 2. Promote best practices in establishing employee and behavioural measurement frameworks and benchmarks to drive consistency across the Group. 3. Help the business to leverage employee experience and engagement to drive operational, financial and people related outcomes. Develop a strategy to scale behaviour change across the Group. 4. Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise around enhancing employee experience and building an engaging work environment. 5. Partner across HR, the business and transformation initiatives to ensure people and the employee experience are at the heart of everything we do. 6. Design and develop employee engagement solutions consistent with business realities and drive accountability around action plans. 7. Foster a collaborative, high-performance, approachable and passionate team environment to ensure the development and retention of critical talent within Emirates. 8. Collaborate with the broader HR function to ensure that all our employees experience an integrated and seamless people approach.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications: Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent): Minimum Bachelor level qualification in a related field, preferably within Organisational Psychology or equivalent Masters level qualification would be an asset Experience: – 8+ years progressive experience in a culture change or employee engagement role – Strong people analytics capability and behavioural science would be an advantage – Deep technical knowledge of employee engagement and cultural change Knowledge/skills: – Able to connect information and people and effectively build partnerships across the business – Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with extreme discretion – Able to use initiative and take responsibility with a positive can-do attitude to deliver effective results – Self-motivated with intellectual curiosity, a strong growth mindset and the desire to constantly improve – Able to form effective relationships with executives and senior leaders – An excellent team player who can adapt quickly to an agile teaming methodology – Open and flexible in your approach; able to adapt quickly to changing business needs – Strong in relationship management and engagement – Resilient and tenacious in your capacity to persevere through challenges – Excellent in facilitation and communication skills, exceptional at collaboration and influence across all levels of an organisation – A critical thinker who constantly questions the status quo and analyses data to create meaningful conclusions which will inform the department – Continually seeking out opportunities for improvement, efficiencies and innovation in your organisational eco-system
