Brand Executive/ E Commerce Executive

  • Managing and merchandizing of inventory and demand planning based on data analysis on the Rivoli Eyezone e-commerce portal and on 3rd party accounts such as Ounass, etc.
  • Handling e-commerce portal content plan and addition of new products as per launch cycles and new categories based on insights from the eyewear e-commerce players across the globe
  • Developing items set-up process to ensure proper system and execution of the daily operations of the channels
  • Maintaining of inventory across all channels
  • Coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure proper item-level details/listings
  • Creating and launching promotional activity at the item-level and decide the appropriate strategy item/brand
  • Acting as a point of contact between the Rivoli Eyezone and its existing and potential markets/prospects
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual forecast channel reports by collecting, summarizing and interpreting data
  • Anchoring the social media coordination across all brands and be the single point of contact for the internal marketing team
  • Managing the assigned portfolio of brands end to end with a complete understanding of the eyewear retail business environment.
  • Managing the buying cycle, order placement for brands with an effective management of the OTB (Open-To-Buy).
  • Responsible for inventory management – Ensure the right product is available at the right point of sale at the right time, periodic identification of slow-movers and plans to liquidate the same.
  • Performing any other related duties as required or assigned


  • Graduate or Post Graduate with e-commerce/marketing background
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in one of the regional e-commerce players; or Retail as Product/Brand Planner or Buying role. GCC experience is a must.
  • Possess strong communication skills in English, Arabic is a plus.
  • Proactive, result-driven and presentable.
  • Hardworking with initiative and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fully conversant with MS office applications.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
