Role Profile :

The role holder will be responsible for Ecom assortment merchandising, navigation, product content, & trading. Oversee the day-to-day management of the web/app. In charge of the end-to-end product lifecycle including content, launch, promotions across web/ app for multiple markets. Responsible for maximising product visibility for customers to find and purchase products on our web/app. Report & analyze performance on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.

Key Performance Area :

Reporting:

  • Create, maintain and update daily/weekly/monthly accurate reports.
  • Examine reports data to locate and resolve any issues throughout.
  • Analyze reports and take required actions accordingly.

Catalogue / Products Management:

  • Ensure all new products are live on daily basis.
  • Categorize/map products to its respective categories.
  • Ensure price accuracy per market and take necessary actions in case of wrong pricing.
  • Maintain accurate products content “images, Content” and take necessary actions to fix any issues.

Web/ app merchandising/categorization:

  • Manage category navigation menu, ensure all categories are active/inactive as per stock availability.
  • Maintain categories data base for website links & app deep links.
  • Update products sequencing according to commercial, trading, promotional activities & requirements.
  • Sweep Site/App on regular basis to ensure customer journey is smooth and all landing pages & links are correct.

Trading

  • Update e-com marketing calendar on regular basis as per the commercial updates shared by brand team.
  • Work closely with brand team to coordinate promotions activities & price lists.
  • Prepare and upload price lists and test to ensure all correct prices are reflecting on site.
  • Create and activate promotional rules and test to ensure correct promos are reflecting on site.
  • Setup, update & maintain promotional specific categories as required.
  • Create promotional & marketing coupon code and maintain validity dates & data base.

BAU:

  • Collaborate and fulfil different stakeholders’ queries and requirements.

Technical:

  • Report all technical errors to IT team and raise tickets if required and ensure following up till the issue is resolved.

Skills:

  • Excel Advanced Knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Accuracy & attention to details.
  • Product, categories, and retail Industry knowledge.
  • Strong teamwork skills in both face-to-face and virtual team interactions.

Experience qualifications

  • 1-3 years relevant experience in retail merchandising/online merchandising.
