Description

Assistant Manager -Ecommerce( Omni Channel)

Key Responsibilities:

Accountable for driving the success of the offering through the effective merchandising and trading of products online in the operating markets
Become an ambassador for the Home Centre brand online and for eCommerce within the concept team
Develop strong relationships with online and concept teams in order to achieve or exceed budgeted sales and profitability objectives
Ownership of the online product merchandising process, ensuring online content requirements are achieved and eCommerce selection is increased
Range management for the online offering reviewing stock holding; WOC’s, OOS, EOL etc. and taking the relevant commercial actions
Work with concept and landmarkshops.com marketing teams to align and drive the marketing calendar online
Work with brand teams to solve any issues relating to inventory, promotions or price
Support the development and provision of KPI reporting offline and online
Responsible for daily management and review of product stock availability and manage site product visibility
Review Category(s) sales forecasts & stock requirements for the online channel with eCommerce product merchandisers and input into the brand merchant teams forecasting process
Knowledge of emerging technologies

Experience or working knowledge of digital commerce, retail, customer service, order management/fulfillment processes and mobile commerce

Demonstrated track record of taking ownership of significant projects and strategy implementation

Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), and planning skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team

Ability to work with and influence peers and senior and executive management

Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

Self-motivated with critical attention to detail
